Our founder, Lorraine Humphrey, has been hosting raffles every Easter and Christmas for the last 5 years, raising hundreds of pounds for multiple charities across the UK.
Lorraine says, "The raffles are a great way of raising money and I think the patients at the clinic like to know they're helping those in need. The raffle prizes are always a bit of fun too!"

Dementia is an umbrella term for a range of progressive conditions that affect the brain. The five most common subtypes of dementia which you've probably heard of are Alzheimer’s disease, vascular dementia, dementia with Lewy bodies, frontotemporal dementia and mixed dementia.
Dementia can affect a person at any age but it is more commonly diagnosed in people over the age of 65. There are over 850,000 people living with dementia in the UK and this is set to rise to over one million by 2021.
Dementia UK is a charity which supports families and loved ones through an Admiral Nurse service.
The charity says, "When things get challenging or difficult, our nurses work alongside people with dementia and their families: giving them the one-to-one support, expert guidance and practical solutions they need, and that can be hard to find elsewhere.
Admiral Nurses are continually trained, developed and supported by Dementia UK. Families that have their support have someone truly expert and caring by their side – helping them to live more positively with dementia in the present, and to face the challenges of tomorrow with more confidence and less fear."
With a lot of our patients averaging over the age of 65, we feel very honoured to be raising money for such an admiral cause.
