At Polegate Podiatry & Wellness Clinic, we are in tier 4, which means we are open for ALL podiatry and physiotherapy appointments, but not acupuncture, massage or reflexology.
We continue to follow our rigorous cleaning procedures in clinic for the protection of both our staff and patients. Each member of staff maintains strict personal hygiene standards, as well as using new gloves for every patient interaction. PPE is worn by all staff members, including face masks. We use disinfectants across the whole clinic to ensure a safe and clean environment. After each use, all medical instruments receive the highest level of medical sterilization available.
All of our patients will continue to be triaged before attending their appointment, and we are also asking them to wait outside until their designated appointment time, at which point we will allow them into the clinic as long as they are wearing a mask. Hand sanitiser is also being offered to each patient upon entering and leaving the clinic. Contactless payment is advised for all treatments up to £45. We can also split card payments if necessary so that contactless can be used.
Please do not attend our clinic if you have a new continuous cough, a high temperature, a change to your sense of smell or taste, or have recently been in contact with anyone with Covid-19. For more details about Covid-19, please visit the official NHS website.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any concerns or questions.
Please note: If you have an appointment at our Burwash clinic, please contact Lorraine at podiatrywellnessclinic@gmail.com as tiers have recently changed in that area so we may need to rearrange your appointment.

Podiatry & Wellness Clinic will remain open for all podiatry treatments during the national lockdown.
As podiatrists, we are health care professionals, and are therefore allowed to still treat our patients.
