Podiatry

Put Your Feet in Safe Hands with Lorraine Humphrey, Jane Gosden and Ellie Reeder.

Our expert podiatrist and founder of Podiatry & Wellness Clinic, Lorraine Humphrey, has provided high-quality treatments to hundreds of patients across East Sussex.

Lorraine also works closely with practitioners in other medical disciplines to ensure her patients get the best care possible, including fast access to antibiotics, pain relief, other prescription medicines, and laboratory tests.

Jane Gosden trained and worked as a Foot Health Practitioner for Scholls before qualifying as a nurse. After a diversification into nursing for many years, both in the UK and New Zealand, Jane returned to foot health by completing her podiatry degree and worked within the NHS treating patients with foot related problems from rheumatoid arthritis, various auto immune disorders and neuropathy.

Ellie Reeder holds a 1st class honours degree in Podiatry and worked alongside Lorraine in 2015 and 2016 whilst she was completing her training. She is a welcome addition to Podiatry & Wellness Clinic, allowing us to offer a wider range of appointment times throughout the week.

Podiatry & Wellness Clinic Polegate - Corns & Calluses
  • 30 minute treatment £35

Corns and calluses are a result of repetitive intermittent pressure on the foot, which can occur from poorly fitting footwear or as a result of how you walk. Unless addressed at the initial onset corns and callus have a tendency to reoccur and commonly require ongoing routine care. We can debride corn and callus, as well as providing you with advice on how to prevent and minimise re-occurrence and pain.
