As the Covid-19 government restrictions are easing, we wanted to give you an update with what to expect when coming to our clinic.
As we are a healthcare practice, all staff will still be wearing PPE, including face masks
We are asking all of our patients to continue to wear their face coverings, unless exempt, as you will be in an enclosed environment for a prolonged period of time, and it helps to keep everyone safe
Please continue to sanitise your hands when entering and leaving the clinic
Please be considerate of others in the waiting room, and leave a 1 meter gap where possible
Cancel your appointment if you, or anyone you have been in contact with, have symptoms of Covid-19
It has been wonderful to see all of our regular patients, and new ones, over the last few months, and although the government restrictions are easing, we feel it is the safer decision to still keep the above guidelines in place, to protect not only our staff but our patients too.
We will be continuing to regularly use disinfectants across the whole clinic to ensure a safe and clean environment, and hand sanitisers will still be available for all of our staff and patients to use.
As previously mentioned, please do not attend our clinic if you have a new continuous cough, a high temperature, a change to your sense of smell or taste, or have recently been in contact with anyone with Covid-19. For more details about Covid-19, please visit the official NHS website.

We're happy to announce that Polegate Podiatry & Wellness Clinic is open again for all podiatry, chiropody, physiotherapy, sports massage, holistic massage, acupuncture and reflexology treatments. We're so glad to be back to a full team again at the clinic, and to be able to offer our full range of treatments for you all. Our Burwash clinic is now back open too for podiatry and reflexology treatments with Lorraine.
We are continuing to follow our rigorous cleaning procedures in clinic for the protection of both our staff and patients. Each member of staff maintains strict personal hygiene standards, and PPE is worn. We use disinfectants across the whole clinic to ensure a safe and clean environment. After each use, all medical instruments receive the highest level of medical sterilization available.
All of our patients will continue to be triaged before attending their appointment, and we are also asking them to wait outside until their designated appointment time, at which point we will allow them into the clinic as long as they are wearing a mask. Hand sanitiser is also being offered to each patient upon entering and leaving the clinic.
